To report a lost or stolen Visa^® Check Card or ATM card:

During normal business hours, call Bank of Commerce at 620-431-1400 (M-F 8:30 am – 5:00 pm).
After normal business hours, please call 800-554-8969.

Bank of Commerce Visa^® Credit Cards (issued prior to December 1, 2017)
To report a lost or stolen Visa^® Credit Card, issued by Bank of Commerce prior to 12/01/2017:

Call card services at 800-821-5184 24 hours a day.

Bank of Commerce Visa^® Credit Cards (issued after to December 1, 2017)
To report a lost or stolen Visa^® Credit Card, issued by Bank of Commerce after 12/01/2017:

Call card services at 866-839-3485 24 hours a day.

When you call these numbers, please be prepared to share:

Your name, as it appears on your card
The card issuing Bank (Bank of Commerce)
Your address:
- For Visa^® Check Card or ATM card, this is the address on the account that is associated with the card
- For Visa^® credit card, this is the address where you receive your credit card statement
Your social security number
The account number on the card if available.
